Our Furniture Warehouse was helpful with assisting with my purchase of a new lounge. The staff are friendly,explaining the differences in fabrics,colours,styles & importanly listened to what I wanted. Delivery was prompt and even these guys did a great job of setting up my lounge,rang ahead to tell me when they would be here. Took all packing and very polite. Warranty explained clearly and I will go back for any more Furniture requirements..also great prices. So from start to finish,good experience. Highly recommend.

Took a risk buying a beautiful furniture set online without seeing it in person as I live in Melbourne and it was totally worth it! I got the correct items travelled by truck and delivered to our house, payments were easy to make and hassle free and I am IN LOVE with our furniture from you guys! When I spoke to someone over the phone and he stated that the furniture looks even better in person than online and i have to agree! Heres a picture of one of the items arrived! Thanks for an awesome business and for having the option of being able to deliever to Melbourne 😁❤

We couldn’t be happier with our experience with Our Furniture Warehouse! We browsed the store a few times before deciding on a couch and were assisted by Phil who recognised us as having been in the store before. His sales approach was friendly and low pressure, and he encouraged us to visit other stores and compare. The process was so easy, we paid $99 for delivery and the couch came a week later. The delivery guys were prompt, friendly and efficient, they assembled the couch for us and took away any rubbish they had left. The new couch is better than I remember in the store. Thanks to Our Furniture Warehouse team!

My first "expensive" purchase, and it was a great choice. I got the 3-seater sofa and rocker-recliner chair. They are both so comfy.. I've had them for a few months and have fallen asleep on both many times. The material is tough and great comfort, and it has character.. much nicer than anything just plain and boring. Doesn't show my white cats fur easily and is hard to mark. I now nap in the recliner like an older person.. only I'm 32 yo. The customer service I recieved was fantastic and the companies flexibility to deliver when it best suited me eliminated the stress of having to organise with taking time off work. My cat Yogi Bear also loves it.

Great Store with Great savings 👌 went for a drive to see the lounge we wanted before buying. Ended up leaving with a different lounge suit lol. Delivery was super quick. 2 wks wait & it was delivered yesterday. We love it. Really suits our home. Now too add cushions & plants.. I like the factory photo set up, so will do something similar.

Sales rep was very helpful and gave honest opinion to help myself and my partner make the best choice for our new home.
